Abstract

In November 2022, six cities in Central Java combined experienced inflation of 0.15 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 112.81. Of the six CPI cities in Central Java, all cities experienced inflation.

The main causes of inflation in November 2022 were rising airfares, purebred chicken eggs, cooking oil, filtered clove cigarettes, and tomatoes. The main restraint of inflation is the decline in prices of red chili, cayenne pepper, household fuel, online 2-wheeler tariffs, and garlic.
