Abstract

Central Java's export value in March 2023 was US$ 905.01 million or an increase of 10.03 percent compared to February 2023. However, when compared with March 2022, it decreased by 23.42 percent.

The import value of Central Java in March 2023 was US$ 1,266.29 million or an increase of 50.91 percent compared to imports in February 2023. Likewise, compared to March 2022, the import value increased by 25.54 percent.

The total trade balance value for Central Java in the March 2023 period experienced a deficit of US$ 361.28 million, which was triggered by a deficit in the oil and gas sector, while the non-oil and gas sector experienced a surplus. The oil and gas sector experienced a deficit of US$ 551.66 million, but on the other hand, the non-oil and gas sector experienced a surplus of US$ 190.38 million.
