Abstract

  • In April 2019 Boyolali Regency experienced inflation of 0.49 percent and the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 130.90
  • Inflation was caused by price increases as indicated by an increase in the index in the foodstuffs group by 1.99 percent, the processed food, beverages and tobacco group by 0.26 percent, the clothing group by 0.09 percent, the transport, communication and financial services group by 0 , 05 percent of the housing, water, electricity, gas group by 0.04 percent, the health group by 0.03 percent, the education, recreation and sports group by 0.01 percent.
  • The calendar year inflation rate for Boyolali district is 1.00 percent and the year on year inflation rate is 2.00 percent.
  • In this month there was inflation in almost all SBH cities in Central Java namely Surakarta City by 0.68 percent, Semarang city at 0.47 percent, Tegal city at 0.46 percent, Cilacap city at 0.26 percent, Purwokerto city at 0 , 21 percent and the city of Kudus by 0.21 percent.
  • In general, in Central Java there was inflation in April 2019 at 0.45 percent while National inflation was 0.44 percent.
