Abstract

Inflation is caused by rising prices as indicated by an increase in the index in the foodstuffs group by 1.65 percent, the clothing group by 0.36 percent, the processed food, drinks and tobacco group by 0.32 percent, the health group by 0.17 percent, the group education, recreation and sports by 0.12 percent, housing, water, electricity, gas by 0.05 percent. While the transport, communication and financial services group experienced an index decline of 0.39 percent.
The calendar year inflation rate for Boyolali is 2.18 percent and the year on year inflation rate is 2.34 percent.
This month inflation occurred in almost all SBH cities in Central Java, namely Tegal by 0.54 percent, Purwokerto by 0.45 percent, Kudus by 0.44 percent, Semarang by 0.39 percent, Surakarta by 0 , 38 percent, and the city of Cilacap by 0.14 percent.
In general in Central Java inflation occurred in July 2019 at 0.39 percent while the National inflation of 0.31 percent.
