Abstract

The value of Central Java's exports in February 2017 reached US$ 447.47 million or decreased by 5.83 percent compared to exports in January 2017 (US$ 475.16 million). Meanwhile, when compared to February 2016 (year on year), Central Java's exports increased by US$ 10.91 million (2.50 percent). Cumulative exports in January-February 2017 reached US$ 922.63 million, up 7.67 percent from cumulative exports in January-February 2016 (US$ 856.88 million).

The value of Central Java's imports in February 2017 reached US$ 956.66 million, increasing by 39.63 percent compared to imports in January 2017 (US$ 685.13 million). When compared to February 2016 (year on year), the value of imports in February 2017 increased by 71.20 percent (US$ 397.86 million). Cumulative imports in January-February 2017 reached US$ 1,641.80 million, up 31.65 percent from cumulative exports in January-February 2016 (US$ 1,247.08 million).
