Signing of the Cooperation Agreement between FMIPA UNS and BPS Boyolali Regency

Following up on a group visit from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Sebelas Maret State University (UNS) to BPS Boyolali on Friday, June 17, 2022, a cooperation agreement between FMIPA UNS and BPS Boyolali was signed. This activity was carried out on Monday, August 8, 2022 at the MIPA Faculty Hall of UNS Surakarta.

This cooperation agreement intends to jointly carry out activities that are beneficial to both parties by aligning joint activity programs in an effort to develop the potential of both parties. The general objective is to carry out Independent Learning for Independent Campus (MBKM) activities and develop Beautiful Villages (Cinta Statistik).

The agreement was signed by Drs Sugita, MM as Head of BPS Boyolali Regency and Drs. Harjana, M.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D as the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sebelas Maret University, has the following specific objectives:

a. Provide education to students, academics, and the entire academic community of Sebelas Maret State University regarding statistical activities in Indonesia which are generally described in the Framework of the National Statistical System;

b. Provide information to students, academics, and the entire academic community of Sebelas Maret State University regarding data collection conducted at the Central Statistics Agency and its benefits;

c. Provide a consultation room for students, academics, and the entire academic community of Sebelas Maret State University regarding statistics;

d. Provide facilities to the public in terms of accessing data from the Central Statistics Agency;

e. As a medium in building user engagement between the Central Statistics Agency and students, academics, and the entire academic community of Sebelas Maret State University;

f. As a medium to get input, suggestions, and feedback related to the Central Bureau of Statistics products;

g. As a cooperation partner in supporting the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) program within the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty, Sebelas Maret State University;

h. As a cooperation partner in supporting the implementation of the Beautiful Village program by the Central Statistics Agency.

 

After the signing of the collaboration was completed, it ended with the handing over of a plaque by Harjana, M.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D to Drs Sugita, MM with a series of words this agreement was carried out institutionally based on the good faith of both parties. If there is a difference of interpretation on the implementation of this Cooperation Agreement, it will be resolved by deliberation for consensus.
