Boyolali Regency BPS Archive Management with SEKAR Application

Early in 2022, in the context of archive management activities at the Central Bureau of Statistics, Boyolali Regency, the use of the Archives System was launched, namely through the application of the Archives Entry and Management System or known as SEKAR. The application is a product of BPS RI in collaboration between the Finance Bureau and the Directorate of Statistical Information Systems (SIS), where the menu of the program is also useful in the process of archive shrinkage and archive destruction.

 

The purpose of carrying out archive management with the SEKAR system is to:

1. Make it easy for users to store and manage archives

     efficiently and effectively.

2. Make it easier for users to search archives

    required.

3. Assisting archive management staff (archivists) in managing and

    describe the archive in the form of an information that

    quality and appropriate, taking into account the pattern

    archive classification.

4. Integrating archival data within the Central Bureau of Statistics.

 

The management of financial records at the Boyolali Regency BPS consists of 2018 s / d. 2022, a total of 1732 Folders. Archives are organized by activity and refer to BPS PERKA Number 99 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for Classification of Archives in BPS Environment. The purpose of carrying out archive management activities at BPS Boyolali Regency is that the presentation of providing document services to BPK requests is fast and precise, and archives are neatly organized.
