Abstract

The number of workforce in August 2021 is 18.96 million people, an increase 213,000 people compared to the workforce in August 2020. In line with With this increase, the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) was recorded slightly increased to 69.58 percent.

August 2021 Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) of 5.95 percent or as many as 1.13 million people, which means a decrease of 0.53 percentage points compared to with August 2020.
