Abstract
The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in Central Java in February
2021 was 100.37 or decreased -0.60 percent compared to the previous month's NTP
of 100.98. The decline in NTP was caused by the Price Index Received by Farmers
(It) decreased by -0.20 percent while the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib)
increased by 0.41 percent.
The sub-sectors that experienced a decrease in NTP were,
among others, the Food Crops sub-sector by -1.97 percent, the Plantation Crops
sub-sector by -0.14 percent, Animal Husbandry by -0.49 percent, and fisheries
by -0.41 percent. On the other hand, the sub-sector that experienced an
increase in index included the Horticulture sub-sector by 3.81 percent.
The Central Java Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP)
in February 2021 was recorded at 99.76 or decreased by -0.66 percent compared
to NTUP in the previous month of 100.42.
