Poverty Profile of Boyolali Regency, March 2020

·      The number of poor people (people who are below the poverty line) in Boyolali in 2020 reached 100.59 thousand people or the percentage of poor people was 10.18 percent.

•     The poverty line in Boyolali in 2020 is recorded at Rp. 347,520, - per capita per month, higher than the previous year which amounted to Rp. 332,996, - per capita per month.

•     The Poverty Depth Index (P1) has increased from 1.02 in 2019 to 1.3 in 2020. This means that the average expenditure of the poor in Boyolali is getting further away from the poverty line.

•     The Poverty Severity Index (P2) also increased from 0.14 in 2019 to 0.23 in 2020, which means that the inequality of expenditure among the poor in Boyolali is getting higher.
