Abstract

Jawa Tengah's export value in September 2018 reached US $ 535.93 million or decreased by 6.84 percent compared to exports in August 2018 (US $ 575.27 million). But when compared to September 2017 (year on year) Central Java exports rose by US $ 37.97 million (7.62 percent). Cumulative exports from January to September 2018 reached US $ 4 923.19 million, up 11.50 percent from cumulative exports from January to September 2017 (US $ 4 415.56).
Jawa Tengah's import value in September 2018 reached US $ 184.63 million, a decrease of 23.53 percent compared to imports in August 2018 (US $ 1 549.07 million). When compared to September 2017 (year on year) the import value of September 2018 experienced an increase of 65.77 percent (US $ 470.03 million). Cumulative imports from January to September 2018 reached US $ 10 915.80 million, up 48.37 percent from cumulative imports from January to September 2017 (US $ 7 357.26 million).
