Abstract

The value of ITK in Central Java in the first quarter of 2018 was 105.47, which means that the economic condition of households in Central Java increased compared to the previous quarter. The increase in household economic conditions was mainly due to the increase in consumption volume reflected in the index value of 111.76. Although prices tend to increase in this quarter, it does not affect public consumption. This is illustrated by the inflation rate index of influence of consumption of 109.15. The income of the community is relatively stable, indicated by its index value of 100.88
The value of Central Java ITK in Quarter II-2018 is estimated to be 118.16, meaning that the economic condition is perceived by consumers to increase and more optimistic compared to the first quarter of 2018.
