Abstract

The number of foreign tourists visiting Central Java through the Adi Sumarmo and Ahmad Yani airports in August 2016 was recorded at 1,813 visits, down compared to July 2016 which was recorded at 2,245 visits, a decrease of 19.24 percent. The Occupancy Rate of starred hotels in Central Java in August 2016 was recorded at 43.39 percent, a decrease of 6.94 points compared to the Occupancy Rate in July 2016 which was recorded at 50.33 percent, when compared to the same period, namely August 2015, the Occupancy Rate in August 2016 increased by 0.29 points.
