Abstract

The export value of Central Java in June 2016 reached US$ 545.13 million or increased by 18.17 percent compared to exports in May 2016 (US$ 461.30 million). Meanwhile, when compared to June 2015 (year on year), Central Java's exports increased by US$ 37.96 million (7.48 percent). Cumulative exports from January to June 2016 reached US$ 2,795.27 million, down 0.24 percent from cumulative exports from January to June 2015 (US$ 2,801.94 million).

The import value of Central Java in June 2016 reached US$ 891.68 million, an increase of 4.78 percent compared to imports in May 2016 (US$ 851.02 million). When compared to June 2015 (year on year), the import value in June 2016 decreased by 17.39 percent (US$ 187.67 million). Cumulative imports from January to June 2016 reached US$ 4,343.13 million, down 25.31 percent from cumulative exports from January to June 2015 (US$ 5,815.10 million).
