Abstract

The Farmer Exchange Rate of Central Java in February 2010 fell 0.39 percent from 100.62 to 100.23. This was because the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) was much greater than the increase in the price index received by farmers (It). Ib increased by 0.56 percent, from 120.62 in January 2010 to 121.30 in February 2010. Meanwhile, It only increased by 0.17 percent, from 121.37 in January 2010 to 121.58 in February 2010.
