Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Central Java in February 2009 was recorded at 38.51 percent, an increase of 2.69 points compared to the TPK in January 2009 of 35.82 percent, and also when compared to the same period in 2008, the TPK in February 2009 also increased by 0.66 points. The highest TPK in February occurred in 4-star hotels at 57.96 percent and the lowest in 1-star hotels at 31.49 percent.
