BPS Boyolali Regency selects exemplary employees every month through SI-EMON (Employee of the Month Information System). This activity aims to be a form of appreciation and appreciation for employee performance in supporting the performance of BPS Boyolali Regency so that it is always superior and at the forefront.

The 2024 Employee of the Month election is held regularly every month to support the implementation of BPS Boyolali Regency ASN BEHAVIOR behavior and involve all employees. At the beginning of June, the SI-EMON process began with the selection of nominees for each work team and general subdivision. The selected nominees are then re-elected as Employee of the Month winners. So that the employees selected are employees who have been recognized as having excellent performance and discipline.

Congratulations to Mas Nur Ikhsani who was selected as Employee of the Month for May 2024.
