Wednesday, January 10 2024. GRDP is an indicator measuring the progress of a region. In its calculations, BPS requires data from various sources, both primary data and secondary data. Apart from that, data is also needed from various sectors, including the financial sector, government, accommodation, exports and imports, and so on.
To obtain this data, one of the efforts made by BPS is to conduct a survey. There are quite a lot of surveys conducted by BPS, one of which is the Special Quarterly Survey of Production Balance (SKTNP) of Goods and Services. So that the objectives of the survey can be achieved optimally, before officers carry out enumeration tasks in the field, BPS holds a briefing for 2024 SKTNP Goods and Services officers.
Where the aim of the Goods and Services SKTNP is to obtain the latest and fastest information regarding the development of goods and services companies/businesses, such as: Income, Price Indicators (Goods and Services), Production Indicators, Seasonal Patterns, Qualitative Information and Other Supporting Information. And because there is a different survey business process compared to 2023, it is hoped that any problem findings in the regions will be reported to the central BPS team for immediate assistance in resolving them and used as evaluation material for future survey activities.
Central Province BPS held a virtual briefing via Zoom for one day, namely on January 10 2024. From the Boyolali Regency BPS itself, there were 2 people who took part in the briefing as survey supervisors (PMS), and 2 people who will serve as survey enumerators. (PCS). In this briefing there was direction from the Director of PMSS and the Director of SIS from Central BPS. Throughout the day, briefings were carried out smoothly and according to schedule. The briefing participants also showed enthusiasm by providing many questions and input for discussion. In general, there was an increase in officers' understanding before receiving the material and after receiving the material.
