BPS Boyolali Regency held a meeting to evaluate the implementation of the FKP Regsosek on May 5, 2023. The meeting participants were Moh. Ari Nugraha (BPS RI), Sumbodo Aji Cahyono (BPS Central Java Province), Novianto Wijoko (BPS Central Java Province), Etikawati Datiek Pratiwi (BPS Central Java Province), Sutirin (Head of BPS Boyolali), BPS Boyolali employees (23 people) , Statistics Partners (6 people)
The following are some of the delivery of evaluation materials:
A. Ir. Sutirin, M.Sc.
- Boyolali FKP: 664 FKP
Realized FKP: 168 FKP
- Props are installed (don't hold them) in front/in a place that is easy to see, before the FKP starts.
- Convey the material in full, including the concepts of not poor, vulnerable to poor, poor, very poor. You can use the regional language as long as you don't change the content.

About FKP
- What problems occurred in the field during the FKP.
- PMT can be accounted for but still needs communication with the head of the SLS.
- FKP: in the field it is necessary to explain clearly before FKP operational activities so that the head of SLS transfers the code correctly and records are filled in.
- Don't accept changing the code to be poor easily, the reasons must be clear. But that doesn't mean you can't write poor and non-poor code.
C. Novianto Wijoko
Problems in the field: For family statuses that change code (jump several levels), the reasons and records must be clear.
D. Sumbodo Aji Cahyono
- After the FKP is finished, don't give it too long to input data.
- Web login problems so far it's safe. After logging in, downloading, entering, then working offline, then backing up, turning on the connection, then sending data.
- In Boyolali around 21% there is a change in the level of family welfare whether the code goes up or down.
- The dashboard is not realtime, there is a 3-4 hour gap but at least it can be used for monitoring.
- Every day after using the application, don't log out but do a backup.
- Web entry does not need to click the "back" browser because it will move to the next page (logout).
- For SLS that used to be empty at the time of data collection, then currently there are fields to fill in, please report immediately.
